JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant preferred the instant appeal assailing the Judgement and Order of conviction passed in N.D.P.S. Case No.3 of 2005 under Section 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act by the Learned Judge, Special Court under N.D.P.S. Act, Jalpaiguri on 2nd July, 2008 convicting the appellant/petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act and as such he is convicted and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 (ten) years and to pay a fine of rupees One lakh in default, to suffer further Rigorous Imprisonment for one year.
