JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal arose out of judgment and order dated 30.8.2005 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, III, Purulia, in Sessions Trial No. 81 of 2004 convicting the appellants for commission of offence under Sections 498A/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
