RABINDRA KUMAR BHALOTIA Vs. UNION OF INDIA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is a manufacturer of pig iron (medium Phosphoric Iron Break Block). The said break block is an essential safety item needed by the Indian Railways.

(2.) THE petitioner claims to have been supplying such material to Indian Railways for the last 12 years.

(3.) IN this suit the order of the Appellate Authority dated 13th August, 2014 has been challenged. The Appellate Authority passed the order in terms of the direction passed in the earlier proceeding on 26th June, 2014 directing the appellate authority to decide all issues that were the subject matter of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th show cause notices by a reasoned order.
