(1.) In this Writ Petition the only point which is to be decided as to whether claim for Voluntary Retirement is a Constitutional right or not and whether the Bank/Authority has got the right to reject the option for voluntary retirement or not.
(2.) The other two Writ Petitions involve same question of law and the judgment delivered in W.P. No. 16 of 2002 will cover the other two Writ Petitions.
(3.) The Petitioner was appointed on or about May 3, 1973 as Cash-Cum-General Clerk in the United Bank of India. United Bank of India is a nationalised Bank and the Writ is maintainable against the United Bank of India.
