JUDGEMENT

(1.) CHALLENGED is to the Memo No.479 dated October 30, 2009 issued by the respondent no.4 being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition and other consequential reliefs.

(2.) THE petitioner has contended that the concerned respondent no.3 is to appoint seven Anganwadi for the area in question and the posts are reserved on caste basis. According to the notification, the posts would be filled up according to 100 Point Roster. The applications were invited and the petitioner participated in the selection test and her position was at Serial No.7 of the list prepared according to the merit as appearing as Annexure P-2 at page no.16.

(3.) AS per materials on record, the panel was to exist for two years from the date of panel and so, the panel was to expire after expiry of two years from September 24, 2007, i.e., on September 23, 2009. 100 Point Roster must be followed as per notification.
