JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal arose out of judgment and order of conviction dated 18.01.2007 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court -III, Paschim Midnapore in Sessions Trial No. 7 (September) 2006 arising out of P.S. Case No. 58 of 2006 in connection with G.R. Case No. 666 of 2006 convicting the appellants under Section 376(2)(g) of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing them accordingly.
