JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal arose out of the judgment and order dated 19/20.1.2005 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court -II, Krishnagar, Nadia, in Sessions Trial No. XVI of September, 2004 arising out of Sessions Case. No. 46 of August, 2004 and thereby convicting the appellant for commission of offence under sections 376/511 of Indian Penal Code and sentencing him for a term of 3 1/2 years RI.
