JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner in this WP under art.226 of the Constitution of India dated December 12, 2012 is seeking the following principal relief: -

(2.) THE representation referred to in prayer (a) is at p.13 and it was addressed to the Block Development Officer, Gazole Block of the district Malda. The petitioner was one of the persons who sent the representation.
