JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Court:- The petitioner in this WP under art.226 of the Constitution of India dated August 6, 2012 is seeking the following principal relief :-

RELYING on the document at p.22 of the WP, Mr. Dutt appearing for the petitioner has submitted that although the property in question was never acquired by anyone, the respondents are threatening to interfere with the petitioner's ownership over the property. The document at p.22 of the WP is a piece of information given by the Superintendent of the L.A. office in Calcutta in response to an application filed on December 10, 2002.
