JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ application is filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent No.8 to take into account his B.Ed. degree in considering his candidature in respect of the selection process of 12th Regional Level Selection Test (RLST), 2011. The petitioner participated in the above selection process. The petitioner has obtained qualifying marks in the Teachers Eligibility Test.

(2.) ACCORDING to the petitioner, he appeared in the B.Ed. final examination at the time of submitting his application in the selection process under reference. The result was published subsequently or in other words, the petitioner obtained B.Ed. qualification after submitting his application in respect of the 12th Regional Level Selection Test (RLST), 2011.

(3.) IT is not in dispute that the petitioner did not fulfil the above condition at the time of submitting his qualification. Therefore no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
