JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner in this WP under art.226 of the Constitution of India dated October 10, 2012 is alleging, inter alia, as follows: -

(2.) THE petitioner has prayed for a mandamus commanding the respondents to give her information according to her application under s.6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Advocate for the petitioner has argued that the State Public Information Officer of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has not given the information in compliance with an order of the First Appellate Authority dated April 2, 2012 (WP p.16).

(3.) MR . Government Pleader appears for the respondents and he has produced an order of the West Bengal Information Commission dated December 6, 2012 disposing of the petitioner's second appeal under s.19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 against the order of the First Appellate Authority dated April 2, 2012 and directing the State Public Information Officer to give information according to the order dated December 6, 2012.
