JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE facts involved in these petitions are similar to the facts involved in WPCT No.683 of 2012. The petitioners had filed applications before the Central Administrative Tribunal being O.A. No.123/A&N/2011, O.A. No.43/A&N/2011 and O.A. No.122/A&N/2011 respectively. These Original Applications have been disposed of by a common order dated 24th August, 2012 by the Tribunal along with the application filed by the writ petitioner in WPCT No.683 of 2012.

(2.) FOR the reasons stated in WPCT No.683 of 2012 which we have disposed of today, the present petitions are also allowed with no orders as to costs.
