JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is submitted that the petitioner's application for temporary permit and also an application for permanent permit have not yet been decided by the transport authority.

(2.) COUNSEL for the State submits that since the route survey report has not yet been received, the applications could not be disposed of.

(3.) IT is not disputed that temporary permits were issued previously.
