JUDGEMENT

(1.) The presort petition has been filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C. to assail order dated 21st September, 2012 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore in Misc. Case No. 1 of 2012 whereby petitioner has been called upon under Section 110, Cr.P.C. to execute sureties bond of Rs. 1 lakh each from respectable persons of the locality.

(2.) The operative portion of the impugned order read as under :-.

(3.) Section 110 require a habitual offender to furnish bonds to the satisfaction of the Executive Magistrate stating therein that he shall be of good behaviour for stipulated period.
