JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal arose out of judgment and order of conviction dated 30.03.2012 and thereby convicting the appellants no. 1 and 2 under Sections 447/326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing them to suffer imprisonment for four years and to pay a fine of Rs.3,000.00 each, with default clause and also convicting the appellants no. 3, 4, 5 and 6 under Sections 447/323/34 and sentencing them to suffer simple imprisonment for one month and to pay fine of Rs.1,000.00 with default clause.

(2.) IN the background of this appeal, the fact in a nutshell is as follows:-

(3.) ON hearing of both the sides charge was framed under Section 447/326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The contents of charges were read over and explained to them and the accused persons pleaded not guilty and claimed to be tried.
