(1.) IN this order I am considering CP No. 450/2011 filed by petitioner Nos. 1 to 6 against the respondent -company in the name of Alliance Engineers (P.) Ltd. and 4 other respondents under sections 111, 186, 235, 397, 398, 399, 502, 403, 406 and 407 of the Companies Act, 1956 ('the Act').
