JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal arose out of the judgment and order dated 19.6.2009 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court, Haldia, Purba Medinipore, in Sessions Trial No. 9(6) of 2007 arising out of Sessions Case No. 40/March/2007 and thereby convicting the appellant for commission of offence under sections 498A/306 of Indian Penal Code. In the background of this appeal, the fact in a nutshell is as follows:

(2.) SENSING a foul play, a complaint was lodged with the police.

(3.) THE case was committed to the Court of Sessions by the learned Magistrate. After hearing of both sides, learned Trial Court framed charge under sections 498A/306 of IPC against the accused person.
