JUDGEMENT

(1.) :- This writ petition was moved ex parte on July 31, 2003 and an interim order was passed by this court in terms of prayer (e) of the writ petition.

(2.) The prayer (e) is quoted hereinhelow:

(3.) The matter came up for extension of interim order on Aug. 18, 2003. On the said date Mr. Ghosh, the learned Counsel for the respondents raised an objection that this Court has no jurisdiction to hear out the matter inasmuch as the claim of the writ petitioner does not come within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
