JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the 1980s of the last century the Government of India started a twenty point programme. It was for promoting the quality of life of the socially and economically weaker Sec. of rural areas. In West Bengal the government worked in collaboration with the department of Agriculture and rural development of the state government.

(2.) On 9/2/1982 it received accolades from the office of the Prime Minister in the following words:
