JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

(2.) Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar Commissionerate is present in person. Investigating Officer is also present. Report is placed before the Court. The same be kept on record.

(3.) It appears from the report victims of trafficking were given psychological counselling on 14/6/2022. Request has been made for grant of interim compensation as per law. Steps have also been taken for extending necessary protection to the said witnesses.
