JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS application under Section 439 of the Cr. P. C. has been taken out by Hari Prakash Thakur, one of the accused, praying for bail in connection with Chittaranjan Police Station Case No.27 of 2010 dated 17.8.2010 under Sections 498A/323/448/506/34/406 of the I.P.C. and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

(2.) HEARD Mr. Chatterjee, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr. Das, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party/State.

(3.) PERUSED the C.D. and the materials therein. Petitioner is in custody since 5th December, 2011. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I allow the prayer for bail.
