JUDGEMENT

(1.) The second plaintiff in the Title Suit No.255 of 1998 (re-numbered as 220 of 2000, again as 47 of 2004 and again as 11 of 2005) instituted in the Court of the 4 th Munsif at Alipore against the first respondent is the appellant in this second appeal.

(2.) The suit was instituted on November 18, 1998 for the tenant first respondent's eviction from the suit premises on the grounds of reasonable requirement. The provisions of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1956(hereinafter referred to as the Act) were applicable to the case.
