JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is seeking bail under Section 439 Cr. P. C. in connection with the case relating to an offence punishable under Sections 414/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code registered under Neturia P. S. Case No. 4/2012 dated 08-01-2012.

(2.) Heard Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Mr. Alam, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State.

(3.) Application for bail has been prayed for under Section 439 Cr.P.C by the present petitioner, Arabinda Pal. The other two accused Biswanath Bag and Sk. Sultan have been arrested in connection with Neturia P. S. Case No. 4/12 dated 08-01-12 under sections 414/468/471 I.P.C. Mr. Ghosh submits that these two accused have no connection with the case, whatsoever they stopped a truck and the truck driver gave them a lift for travelling to Asansol.
