JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner in this WP under art.226 dated July 26, 2012 is questioning a decision of the Regional Transport Authority, Kolkata Region dated March 28, 2012. The decision was intimated by the Secretary of the RTA by a letter dated April 12, 2012 (WP p.35).

(2.) THE petitioner applied for change of route 212 to 3C, 3C/1, 3C/2. The request for change has been rejected citing absence of vacancy for any permit for route 3C, 3C/1, 3C/2 � a notified route.
