JUDGEMENT

(1.) Affidavit-of-service filed today be kept with the record. In spite service no one appears on behalf of the opposite parties.

(2.) This revisional application is directed against Order No. 6 dated 7th March 2009 passed by the Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Additional Court, Lalbagh, in Misc. Case No. 15 of 2005 by which an application for amendment was rejected.

(3.) The petitioner filed an application under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act praying for an order of preemption on the ground of co-sharership as well as vicinity. The said proceeding was initiated in the year 1995, which was subsequently re-numbered as Misc. Case No. 15 of 2005.
