JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present case arises out of an application Under Section 401/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) It is directed against the judgment dated 9.6.2009 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in Criminal Appeal No. 16 of 2008 affirming the Judgment and order dated 22.9.2008 passed by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas in connection with Complaint Case No. 508 of 2008 Under Sections 18/19(b) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
