JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is seeking bail under Section 439 Cr. P. C. in connection with the case relating to an offence punishable under Sections 468/471/471 of the Indian Penal Code registered under Tarakeswar P. S. Case No. 4 dated 04-01-2012 .

(2.) Heard Mr. Bera, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Mr. Kabir, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State.

(3.) Application for bail has been prayed for under Section 439 Cr.P.C by the present petitioner, Sumanta Bhakta, who is an accused in Tarakeshwar P. S Case No. 4 dated 04-01-2012.
