TAPAS SARKAR Vs. UNION OF INDIA & ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application filed by one Sm. Dipali Bhattacharjee seeking leave to intervene in the present writ petition in her individual capacity to be added as a party respondent to the said petition and to be allowed to file an affidavit in her defence.

(2.) Mr. Chatterjee, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant in GA No. 157 of 2012 informed us that barring a few all other respective parties have been served with a copy of this application and he assures us to serve a copy of this application to all others not yet served in course of Monday (13.02.2012).

(3.) Both Mr. Chanda appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Banerjee, learned government pleader oppose this application.
