JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner in the pending WP under art.226 has filed the CAN No.112 of 2012 for permission to withdraw the WP unconditionally; and the CAN No.110 of 2012 has been filed by one Surabhi Halder for her addition to the WP as a respondent.

(2.) Ms.Nag appearing for the petitioner in the WP submits that the petitioner has decided to accept the steps taken by the Administration and not to proceed with the WP.

(3.) Mr.Tabraiz appearing for Surabhi submits that the petitioner is entitled to a permission to withdraw the WP if she is not allowed to enjoy any benefit of the interim order passed in the WP.
