JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS application under Section 439 of the Cr. P. C. have been taken out by Siddik Moral @ Sidik Moral and Jahangir Alom @ Jahangir Alam, accused persons praying for bail in connection with Frezerganj Coastal Police Station Case No.8 of 2012 dated 30.1.2012 under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946 and under Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967 and under Section 100 of the Customs Act, 1962 (G.R.141 of 2012).
