JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a war between two multi-national companies. It is a war over advertisement, over brands and a battle for pride. Two body corporate involved are the plaintiff and the defendant. The two brands that are involved are "Lifebuoy" and "Dettol".

(2.) This is an interim application in aid of a suit complaining of disparagement.

(3.) The storyboard of the advertisement complained of is annexure B to the interim application (GA No. 1687 of 2012).
