(2.) Since it is submitted by Mr. Lahiri, learned advocate for the petitioner that notices have been served on the respondent nos. 8, 9, 10 and 11, he is directed to affirm and file a supplementary affidavit of service by tomorrow.

(3.) Despite service of notice none appears on behalf of the Arambagh Municipality and the private respondents.
