JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Perused the case diary.

(2.) The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with a case relating to the offences punishable under Sections 376(G)/379 of the Indian Penal Code, registered vide, Frezerganj Coastal P.S. Case No. 81/2011.

(3.) It is submitted that the present petitioner is in custody for 72 days. The investigation is over and charge-sheet has been submitted. It is further submitted that one of the co-accuseds standing on the same footing has been granted bail by the court below.
