JUDGEMENT

(1.) There will be order in terms of prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion.

(2.) Heard Mr. Chatterjee, Mr. Das, Ms. Sinha for the Official Liquidator, Mr. Gupta for the Satsang Society, Mr. Debasish Ghosh for Amit Kumar Dutta and also the learned counsel appearing for Rama Dutta. Considered the prayer for grant of interim relief.

(3.) Mr. Das submits that his client is not willing to keep the money deposited with the Official Liquidator for an uncertain future. Therefore, the Official Liquidator is directed to return his client's money.
