JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for contempt was filed by the petitioner/appellant on the ground that the order passed by this Court in FMA No. 101 of 2004 on 15th October, 2007 affirming the order passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge holding that the writ petitioner was entitled to get all the consequential reliefs. Special Leave Petition was filed from the said order dated 15th October, 2007. On 4th February, 2011 the Supreme Court dismissed the said Special Leave Petition.

(2.) The facts of the case, briefly are as follows:

(3.) It is further stated that the alleged contemnor knew that the petitioner has an outstanding service career. In spite of such a career, the alleged contemnor wilfully and contemptuously violated the order passed by this Court. It is submitted that after the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition as well as a review petition so preferred by the said Corporation, the applicant/petitioner is entitled to have the consequential benefits in terms of the said order.
