JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned Counsel of the parties. Perused the case papers.

(2.) The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with a case relating to the offence punishable under Sections 3/4/5/6(3)/7/9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, which was registered vide Mahishadal P.S. Case No. 159/11.

(3.) It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about 112 days. It is further submitted that Charge sheet has been submitted and he is no way involved in the offence as alleged or at all and he is mere the son of the owner. Lastly, it is submitted that the present petitioner is a juvenile, being the age of 18 years.
