JUDGEMENT

(1.) An affidavit of service is filed in Court today; let it be kept with the record.

(2.) In spite of service, none appears for the opposite party to contest the prayer for transfer.

(3.) The husband has filed a suit under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (in short 'the said Act') in the court of the learned District Judge at Barasat, District North 24 Parganas. Eventually, the suit has been transferred to the court of the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.4 at Barrackpore, District: North 24 Parganas.
