JUDGEMENT

(1.) CONSIDERING the fact that the panel prepared by the Selection Committee for the post of Group-D staff (U.R.) in Basantapur Jhareswar Bani Bhaban in the district of Paschim Medinipur is under consideration before the concerned District Inspector of Schools on the subject of grant of approval thereto, this Court feels that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this writ petition pending before this Court anymore.

(2.) ACCORDINGLY, this Court disposes of this writ petition by directing the concerned District Inspector of Schools to consider the panel which was placed by the school authority to the concerned District Inspector of Schools and take the ultimate decision thereon positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

(3.) URGENT photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the applicant as early as possible.
