JUDGEMENT

(1.) An affidavit-of-service is filed in Court today; let the same be kept with the record.

(2.) This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against order dated January 8, 2010 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Bench, in Original Application No. 814 of 2004.

(3.) The writ petitioner claims for family pension for his mother and thereafter for himself on account of death of his father, namely, Narayan Murmu, who was working as 'Khalasi' in the Loco Shed at Kharagpur under the South Eastern Railway.
