JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated February 26, 2009 passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No. 9004 of 2008.

(2.) By the order impugned, the Tribunal, inter alia, rejected the prayer for appointment of the petitioner No. 2 on compassionate ground.

(3.) One Bhim Kumar Mondal was working as Winder at Bhadrapur Reeling Unit, under the Directorate of Sericulture (Tasar), in the district of Birbhum.
