JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an interim application in aid of a partition and administration suit.

(2.) The plaintiff is one of the sons of Mahabir Prasad Sureka who died on 2nd August 2010. The first defendant is another son whilst the second is the daughter. Mahabir Prasad's wife being the mother of the parties predeceased him. The plaintiff wants inventory of flat no. 83 in the building "Gulmahar" on the 8th floor of premises no. 6C, Middleton Street, Kolkata - 700071 and the movables mentioned in Annexure - Y at page 24. The flat is about 1230 sq.ft.

(3.) The right of the plaintiff is disputed by the other defendants.
