JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner.

(2.) This application is at the instance of the plaintiff and is directed against the order dated November 16, 2011, Order no.82 dated August 7, 2009 passed by the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 4th Court at Sealdah in Title Suit No. 192 of 1999.

(3.) The plaintiff instituted the aforesaid suit for declaration and other reliefs in respect of the suit properties as described in the schedule of the plaint against the opposite parties before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court at Alipore.
