JUDGEMENT

(1.) RELYING on the decision of this Court dated July 4, 2012 in WP No.5449(W) of 2012 (Sri Godadhar Roy & Anr. v. State of West Bengal & Ors.), Mr Jana appearing for the petitioner submits that the decision of the State Transport Authority, West Bengal dated January 20, 2012 (WP p.43) cannot be sustained.

(2.) MR Deb Roy appearing for the State submits that the decision relied on applies to the case. He has said that the STA may be directed to reconsider the petitioner's request for the second vehicle on the basis of the principles stated in the cited decision.
