This is to consider an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India (the writ petition in short) challenging the order dated February 27, 2002 passed by District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purulia, inter alia, refusing to accord approval to the panel for filling up a post of Group ?D? employee (Laboratory Attendant) in Rishi Nibaran Chandra Vidyapith, Bandwan.
