JUDGEMENT

(1.) The second appeal has been filed by the defendant in Title Suit No. 81 of 1972 challenging the judgment and order passed by the Learned Additional District Judge, First Court, Burdwan dismissing the appeal on contest with cost and affirming; the judgment and decree passed by the Learned Trial Judge.

(2.) Originally the suit for ejectment being Title Suit No. 81 of 1972 was filed by Shrimati Pushparani Banik against Shri Renupada Laha as monthly tenant. The suit was filed merely on the ground of bona fide requirement as well as building and re-building.
