JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India (writ petition in short) alleging inaction on the part of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District: North 24 Parganas in not approving the panel for appointment of Assistant Teacher in language group in Ashoknagar Boys' Secondary School.
