JUDGEMENT

(1.) After hearing the Id. Advocates for the parties, we condone the delay in filing the revisional application.

(2.) The application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is allowed. The revisional application is now taken up for hearing.

(3.) The revisional application is directed against an order No.76 dated 26-7-90 passed by the Id. Asstt. District Judge. Durgapur, in Title Suit No.160 /87 74 /84.
