(1.) The appellant, who is in custody, has preferred a challenge against his conviction under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code (hereinafter referred to as "the I.P.C.").
(2.) The moot ground of challenge is that the evidence produced in the matter does not incriminate the appellant under either of the aforesaid Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
