JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant writ petition has been filed by Zahida Bashiruddin Ansari, the elder sister and Tadbirkar of the petitioner, inter alia, for release of the petitioner on parole for a period of 30 days to visit his family. The said Zahida Bashiruddin Ansari is a resident of Mumbai as stated in her affidavit verifying the writ petition. The petitioner's family also resides at Mumbai/Maharashtra and the petitioner intends to visit such places on being released on parole.
