JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN the instant revisional application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the legality and propriety of the proceeding in case no. C-2481 of 2002 now pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta under Sections 56 and 68 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 has been assailed.
